Chefs Carlos Davis and B.J. Lofback of Riffs Fine Street Food continue their quest to be “kings of restaurant counter-culture” by planning series of pop-up restaurants in 2013. The kickoff event will find them teaming up with Shane Autrey (chef/owner of Smoke Et Al) who is also not a new-comer to the pop-ups.
Each chef will feature a course that represents them personally as well as their culinary point of view. Although there may be a nod to their present strengths, each chef will showcase their expertise to delight the palate in what is bound to be evening of surprises. The evening will end as the chefs collaborate on a trio for dessert.
